By accessing or using ALevel AI Practice Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
ALevel provides an AI-powered exam practice and marking platform for A-Level students. Our service includes question practice, AI marking with mark scheme checklists, mini reports, re-practice variants, and learning resources. Features may vary between free and premium plans.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Payment and Subscription
Premium features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed annually. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers (WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card).
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day unconditional refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. No questions asked.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models, sharing account credentials, submitting malicious content, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, AI models, mark schemes, and materials on our platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our service for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution, commercial use, or systematic downloading of our content is prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our AI marking is for educational reference only and should not be considered as official exam results. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease at the end of the current billing period. We may retain anonymized usage data for service improvement.
